openSUSE 11.1: Follow-up

It’s broken in a lot of places. My Quickcam cannot be made to work, and apparently a lot of other similar devices quit working for other users. There are a handful of other glitches, none major, but just too darned many of them. Not ready for prime time, folks. Fortunately I kept my openSUSE 11.0 system on a separate drive just in case, and it works just fine.
