For once, Bildad reveals what he actually knows, not what he merely thinks. In this very short chapter, he states two inarguable truths. God is ineffable; His position and power are beyond telling. At the same time, mankind is in no position to argue with God.
Gone are the accusations against Job and the feeble direct logic. He says nothing more.
