New Book: Redemption and Sexual Identity

For now, you can get the plain text version here (site is gone).

Technical note: Even plain text files have a format. I write my books on a Linux computer most of the time. The plain text formatting I use calls for fixed line breaks at 72 characters; it’s an old Internet standard. Since I compose them on a Linux computer, the line-ending is Unix format. Unix (& Linux) use one format, Mac another and Windows yet another. Some applications you run will handle it automatically; some will choke. So if you run Windows and view text files in Notepad, it will not display correctly.

If you view the file in your web browser, it will be just fine. If you save it from your web browser, it will use the standard format for your computer. If you simply use the link above to download the file, you’ll get the Unix version, since it is stored on a Linux server.

At any rate, you’ll find I expanded it quite a bit from what was posted in the series of articles here on the blog. Let me know if you find it unclear or hard to follow. I’ll be working on the HTML version next, then the Word format version for my publisher. Smashwords will crank out all the other electronic formats. I still have to come up with some cover art, too.

This is well written, Ed. I enjoyed it and will now study it more deeply as I absorb the words.
