Dependence Day

Pardon me while I think out loud, here. Since I don’t take myself that seriously, you are welcome to ridicule or ignore, as you see fit. Meanwhile, I genuinely care about people and I’m trying to understand how I can help. Sometimes just spewing my brains on this electronic graffiti wall might trigger your own understanding of what you really need to do.

I’ve already posted quite often my underlying assumptions about what really matters and how we should face things on this plane of existence. I’ve also made it plain, I hope, my ultimate reliance on revelation from God as to how I should view the entire matrix of what is real. At the same time, readers should know by now I hardly read Scripture the same way mainstream Western theologians do. This is all the background, the terrain upon which I build.

Reading all the brilliant analysis in the world won’t necessarily answer the question of what you should expect. Take it all under advisement, but back off and try to observe as much as possible what is actually happening. Here is what I see with my limited field of vision.

1. The US economy was intentionally destroyed. Everything we can know points to this as fact. Whatever we’ve been doing up to now has not yielded enough support for the program. The more gentle steering touch has not worked well enough; it’s time for a more direct force. Preventing people from doing much with the resources at hand sets things up so the people and the resources can be controlled by others more overtly and efficiently. If everything blocks you from going about the business of life, it’s because someone wants to remove from your hands the decision-making power. They have to stop you from doing what you want, and make you hungry, dependent, pliable to their demands in exchange for your human needs.

2. The US government is gaining more and more direct control over the economy. Not just by regulation, but by outright ownership. Available credit is being increasingly consumed by the government. Available labor, when there is any labor at all, is increasingly government paid labor. All the basic pools of resource are being taken or bought by the government. What does it mean to you when the entire economy itself is simply the activity of the government?

3. The only thing we still produce as a nation, aside from massive quantities of food, is war materials and bodies. The one business which is reliably our greatest output is war. This is growing, and all efforts by hands outside the war machine to restrain are slipping. Watch what actually happens, not what anyone says. The warfare is not winding down anywhere. Meanwhile, most of our allies are backing out of this business. Again, pay no attention to the carping and posturing. America is becoming the West’s army, and all other players are mere tokens and supporters.

4. Money doesn’t really exist; it’s all notional, virtual. It’s currently whatever the market says it is, but that market is highly manipulated by mostly unseen hands. The minions of TPTB who run the markets aren’t really in control. It’s what keeps them in line; they are allowed to believe they have power and wealth. The power to expend resources in warfare only appears to be a matter of money and credit drawn from a market. If TPTB want war, they’ll have it. If the US defaults, it will only be a theatrical event designed to create a mass perception. It’s just an act of hypnosis, as it were. Regardless of all the twiddling in banking computers and the noise in the media, there will be resources and bodies committed to war against a certain range of entities.

5. Currently, the target of most warfare seems to be Islam. That’s not precisely true, though. It’s any nation with the notions of being independent of the banking system. That in itself may be just a means to something else, a way of identifying discrete targets. I tend to believe there is something in all this which seeks to level mankind under the basic materialistic assumptions of Western Civilization. Any tendency to think above the level of this plane of existence, any drive to do things for a genuine higher purpose, is the real target, I believe. I don’t think it matters whether there is any whisker of real truth in any religion, as far as TPTB are concerned. It’s only the apparent effects of a given religion that matters to them. Islam offers a set of motives which aren’t steered by material concerns, so it’s a target. Christianity is already subverted for the most part, and the whole range of Eastern religions currently don’t have enough mass appeal in the sense of making large populations act on non-material motives. Hindu people still fight over food, Buddhists still riot when things get rough materially, etc. They may have to be dealt with later, but the current target is mostly Islam.

Here on the 4th of July, we celebrate one of the biggest lies in history. I’m thinking right soon there will be something which serves as a military draft. It will probably start small, and it need not mean putting lots of folks in uniforms on the front lines, because the majority of all military activity is support functions for the front lines. It’s not exactly a slow drift, but a punctuated series of turning points, each itself a fresh increment toward fear, slavery and murder. I can’t predict specifics, but all the police state stuff seems aimed at suppressing only the peace activists so far. The state identifies with them those who support Palestinian freedom. Actions which tend to cast doubt, or signal an element of doubt, in the proclaimed mission of the state, will garner the same oppressive reaction. The Terror State will soon be aimed at crushing this portion of the population, and anyone who is associated with it somehow will become prime targets.
