Still at it.
Two years ago I shared with my readers that
God had commanded me to take my physical fitness more seriously, but He didn’t reveal any particular reason for it. The primary justification for sharing was accountability. This image (taken today) is posed without any flexing, just standing relaxed in the sun, roughly the
same place as the old “Dread Gardner” shot was taken. I suppose if you examine closely you’ll see some small differences in the visible musculature.
FYI, because of the utilities company spraying herbicide in our area the past two summers, it has been pointless to attempt growing any vegetables or fruit. The Dread Gardner is no longer able to so easily dispose of the bodies (snicker).
Weight: 215 lbs. (97.5kg). Three days/week at the gym lifting weights; three days most weeks riding at least 25 miles on my bike. No grains except non-GMO corn and rice, very little sugar, no carbonated beverages.

Good on you Ed. Congratulations Reverend. J
Nice going Ed. My father started going to the gym in his 50’s and at 87 he was still shoveling snow last winter (much to his chagrin). Congrats.
Thanks for your good words, folks.
