Backup Static Site Hosting (Updated)

Tonight my static website (soulkiln.org) is unavailable. This is the first time this has happened, as far as I know, in several years since starting that site. I have no complaints whatsoever against the fellow who provides the hosting of this site. However, he isn’t God and sometimes I need a backup.

I can’t afford much, and free is better. I’ve surveyed the free stuff, but I’m not savvy on who is hiding unpleasant facts on their all-happy all-the-time gateway pages. I don’t want some highly scripted or templated mess, especially those with tight limitations. All I really need is a place to park a backup of my hand-coded, simple XHTML pages. I don’t do ads and precious few images, mostly text and CSS. I’m a real tightwad on space, currently less than 10MB for the whole thing. I would like to have one email address to go with it, and the inbox will be emptied often.

If any of my fine readers know of a free or very cheap place I can park a backup of my site, I’d love to hear about it.

Update: I now have a mirror for my site here.
