The point: I need a valid Win7 key for Pro or Home Premium. I already have the installation media.
Caveat: Feel free to ignore this. It has to matter to you or it won’t work for me. I can probably save up for this, but if you can assist, it will save some time. If you aren’t moved to help, you’d be a fool to do so.
Background: A few months ago I horse-traded for a Toshiba laptop that came with Win8. I hate that; won’t use it. I’ve been running Linux on it but I’ll need to install Windows for future projects, and I know I can install Win7. I want a legitimate key because I don’t have downgrade rights on this thing. I’m not too worried about fighting with activation, but I need this to be legitimate for my own use. Should this be something you can do, send it by email or some other means that preserves your privacy, etc.
