Cover for second Debian book
I used a different computer to work on this one. That was painful. First of all, the process by LibreOffice for opening a Word Doc often corrupts some of the detailed formatting. Be careful if you do that. For my uses, we won’t be doing that again, except to convert the text to the Open Document format and converting to PDF. I ended up having to nuke the formatting for the whole freaking book, and then start over with all the formatting details. Something kept inserting line numbering in the headers and default indents that are simply wrong for Smashwords book formatting.
