When you finally grow up and learn to understand the full range of reasoning, not restricting your thoughts to the shallow swamp of Aristotelian epistemology, everything you’ve learned is transformed.

The whole of Western history is one long, sad tale of building skyscrapers on the sand. With a visceral hatred for virtually every good gift of ancient civilizations, Western man has no excuse for his egregiously stupid failure to understand this world. God has given the West enough rope to hang itself, and the gallows are just about ready.

Now is the time to trade your empty materialistic logic for some deep truth, folks.

If you were blessed with a decent education, you are no doubt aware of the various economic and political creeds popular with Americans today. With a decent awareness of elder philosophies, you recognize that people do not act in their own best interests. They always act in pursuit of their favorite mythology. That is, they may have a wealth of knowledge, but it’s always standing on one or another false world view. At best, they have only half-truths in their partisan ranting.

For example, even as far back as the Middle Ages, feudalism as we all know it was a half-truth. It was backwards, thinking of real estate as the primary source of value, when the Ancient Near East (ANE) wisely understood it was people. The European peasants were essentially slaves, but it was not the enlightened slavery of the ANE. There is a fundamental difference in the very concept of reality that separates to two, and you simply cannot read Western mythology back into ANE societies. It really was an entirely different world.

The pinnacle of Western philosophical progress was the Enlightenment. Everything that followed it was a reaction, which meant it all stood firmly on it. The quintessential political and economic theory of the Enlightenment is libertarianism. It’s a mythology that assumes human reason is not fallen, that man when left to himself will generally do decent things. This is manifestly false, but libertarians keep preaching it. Let men be free and those who are psychopaths will always rise to power. Even when you start out with the likes of the Second Amendment, it’s only a hurdle in the path as the psychopaths will simply find a way to disarm their victims. Most people are too hesitant to kill the psychopaths anyway. Psychopaths promote the lie that they don’t exist.

Communism was simply a second reaction to the same problem of Western feudalism, but more secular and more “scientific” and far less cultured. It’s a half-truth, in that it assumes human nature is malleable. If you are any flavor of progressive, you are just a damned communist with a few policies tweaks. It’s the same satanic lie that people can be fixed. All the other popular theories are even stupider.

They only believe they have competing agendas. With a clear ANE understanding of human nature, you realize all the various political and economic theories are faint variations of the same basic lie, that human reason is capable of encompassing all truth.

To my friends who embrace any particular partisan agenda, God has damned your politics, so buckle your seat belts.
